These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 288won ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://288won.cam. These Terms govern all access to and use of the 288won website, mobile interface, sportsbook, live casino, promotional services and any related features or services offered on the platform.

By completing the registration process, accessing your account, depositing funds, placing a wager or otherwise using any part of the 288won platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

288won is an English-language platform primarily designed for users in Pakistan. The platform operates under applicable international licensing terms. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a representation that the use of this platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction, including Pakistan. It is the User's sole responsibility to ascertain and comply with applicable local laws, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 (Pakistan) and any applicable provincial legislation.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 288won, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust or other legal entity.
2. You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as may be required by the operator's applicable license jurisdiction. Proof of age will be required during the KYC process.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, to the extent that such prohibition applies to you.
4. You must not be accessing the Platform in a professional capacity on behalf of any third party, employer or organisation.
5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
6. You must not have been previously suspended, excluded or banned from the Platform or any related platform operated by the same operator group.

To access the full functionality of the Platform, including placing real-money wagers and requesting withdrawals, you must register an Account. Each User is permitted to maintain only one Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.

During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum, the following information:

• A valid email address, which will serve as your primary contact and login identifier.
• A unique username and a strong, secure password of your own choosing.
• Your date of birth, which will be verified against KYC documentation.
• Your residential country and any additional information required by the KYC process.

You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for notifying 288won promptly of any changes. The Platform is not responsible for any errors or delays caused by the provision of inaccurate registration data.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity carried out through your Account, whether by you or by any third party using your credentials, will be deemed to be your activity and will be your responsibility.

288won operates a mandatory KYC programme in compliance with applicable anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering obligations. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed, and may be required at other points during your use of the Platform at the operator's discretion.

For Pakistani users, the following documents are typically accepted for identity verification:

• Identity Document: A valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a valid Pakistani passport. The document must be current, undamaged and clearly photographed.
• Proof of Address (where required): A recent utility bill, bank statement or other official correspondence displaying your full name and residential address, issued within the preceding three months.
• Selfie / Liveness Check: A live photograph or short video may be requested to confirm that the account holder matches the submitted identity document.
• Payment Method Verification: Evidence of the deposit method used, such as partial card confirmation or mobile wallet transaction screenshots, may be requested.

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits published in the account cashier at the time of the transaction. 288won reserves the right to amend these limits at any time. All monetary amounts communicated to Pakistani users are displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits:

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposited funds that have not been subject to any wagering activity may, at the operator's discretion, be subject to a processing review before withdrawal.
• Payment method names displayed on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are displayed as familiar Pakistani references only. They do not constitute confirmation that these providers currently support transactions with this Platform. Available deposit methods must be verified in your account cashier at the time of use.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to accounts that have completed KYC verification.
• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, in compliance with AML regulations.
• Processing timelines vary by payment method and are published in the Help Center. External banking timelines are beyond the control of the Platform.
• The Platform reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds.

All bets placed on 288won are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event or game. General betting rules, sport-specific rules and casino game rules are published in the Platform's Rules section. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail with respect to bet settlement.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change without notice prior to bet confirmation.
• Once confirmed, a bet is final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the User, except in circumstances where a Cash Out option has been offered and accepted prior to event completion.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, the Platform reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its discretion.
• The Platform reserves the right to impose maximum win limits on any individual bet or combination of bets.
• Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to real-time odds fluctuations. Bets placed during a brief odds-delay window may be accepted at revised odds.
• Void bets — including those arising from event cancellations, postponements or incomplete events — will be settled according to the relevant sport rules published on the Platform.

288won may, at its discretion, offer Bonuses to eligible Users from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, time limits, eligible markets and minimum odds restrictions. The general principles in this clause apply to all Bonuses unless expressly superseded by offer-specific terms.

• All Bonuses are credited to the User's bonus balance and may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bonuses are available to each eligible User once only.
• The Platform reserves the right to withdraw, amend or expire any Bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses credited as a result of an error, system fault or duplicate registration will be voided.
• If the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe that a User or group of Users is exploiting Bonus offers — including by creating multiple accounts, engaging in low-risk hedging strategies, or other forms of Bonus abuse — the Platform reserves the right to void the Bonus, settle affected wagers at original stakes only, and suspend the Account.
• Any illustrative PKR bonus figures published on the Platform (e.g., PKR 25,000) are examples only and are subject to the specific promotion terms in force at the time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 288won Platform. Any User found to have engaged in any of the following activities will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and potential legal action:

• Fraudulent Activity: Use of stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity information; or any other form of financial fraud.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform as a mechanism to launder illicitly obtained funds, as defined by applicable AML legislation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to manipulate game outcomes, share information unfairly in multi-player games, or exploit the Platform for guaranteed-profit outcomes.
• Use of Automated Tools: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or other automated systems to place bets, exploit pricing anomalies or conduct any activity on the Platform without human intervention.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or engaging in any scheme designed to exploit promotional offers beyond their intended use.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes or system glitches for financial gain.
• Underage Access: Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are below the minimum required age.
• Match Fixing / Corruption: Participating in, facilitating or having advance knowledge of match fixing, spot fixing or any corrupt activity relating to events available on the Platform.

288won is committed to responsible gambling. The Platform provides a range of tools to support Users in managing their gambling behaviour. These tools are available within your account settings at all times:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps can be set by the User. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly loss limits automatically suspend further betting once reached.
• Session Time Limits: Users can set alerts or hard limits on the duration of individual gambling sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Short-term pauses of between 24 hours and 30 days can be applied to restrict access to gambling features.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for an extended period or permanently may request self-exclusion through the Help Center. During self-exclusion, all account access is suspended and marketing communications are stopped.

Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses. The Platform strongly discourages chasing losses and will never use marketing language suggesting that losses can be recouped through further gambling. All content on the 288won Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the property of 288won or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 288won.

Any use of the Platform's content for commercial purposes, including operating a competing service, providing data feeds or scraping platform data, is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 288won, its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated savings, or any other intangible losses, arising from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform;
• Technical failures, system downtime, server errors or telecommunications failures;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
• Any errors in odds display, game outcomes or bet settlement that are subsequently corrected;
• Your decision to gamble and any resulting financial losses.

288won reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity;
• Reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering or terrorist financing;
• A directive from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• At the User's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).

Upon account closure, any real-money balance in your account (excluding Bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to applicable AML checks. The Platform reserves the right to withhold funds pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected prohibited conduct.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat or the Help Center. Closures linked to responsible gambling concerns — including self-exclusion — are processed under the Responsible Gambling Policy.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's applicable license jurisdiction. Users are encouraged to seek independent legal advice regarding the applicable governing law as it may relate to their personal circumstances.

288won does not represent that these Terms comply with the laws of Pakistan or that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan. Pakistani users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local legislation, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any provincial equivalents.

Any dispute between a User and 288won that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure should be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism established under the operator's applicable license framework.

288won reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, the Platform will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users through the platform interface, email notification or a notice on the website. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of any amendment.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13 above.
